Manso tags Aduana clash ‘a must-win’

Interim Asante Kotoko coach Frimpong Manso says the team is in a must win situation as they welcome Aduana Stars in a matchday 13 fixture Wednesday afternoon.

The Porcupines have gone on a 5-game winless run and have a big threat to contend with in the Dormaa lads who occupy second position on the league log.

“Aduana is a tough side and the game will be very tough” coach Frimpong Manso told the club’s website.

“I’m getting confident that, we can raise a side that will beat them. Yes, we will have to do that. The fans will not be disappointed at the end of the day” he assured.

“We have to make the fans happy but that doesn’t mean we will play to the gallery and keep possession even when it isn’t necessary to do that,” he added.

Giving some insight to his approach to the game, the former defender said: “We will try to go forward and at the same time think of not conceding.”

“We have to win,” he re-echoed.
