Zambian striker Rachael Kundananji, has stated how happy she is after bagging in a brace to help Zambia beat Equatorial Guinea in the ongoing Total African Women’s Cup of Nations in Ghana.
Indeni FC striker scored two goals to ensure Zambia take all the needed three points in their first match in group B in Cape Coast.
“Am happy and proud of my team, we worked together.
Thank you to my team, my leaders and coaches. Our target is to qualify to the 2019 world cup and we are going to do it.”
The Woman of the match also cautioned her side not to be complacent ahead of Nigeria Clash
“Next match against Nigeria is going to be difficult and they will be coming like wounded Buffalo, but this is a new team (Zambian) and we are going to take it.”
